Stage II Vapor Recovery Systems

Recent amendments to the Rules for Air Quality Control require gasoline facilities to complete the decommissioning of Stage II Vapor Recovery Systems no later than April 30th, 2016. This deadline affects the following 13 Atlanta counties: Cherokee, Clayton, Cobb, Coweta, DeKalb, Douglas, Fayette, Forsyth, Gwinnett, Henry, Paulding, and Rockdale.
